The mark was cleared for registration at the USPTO and since it was an “intent to use” application, they now have six months to produce a statement of use (SOU) showing the mark in commercial use. The mark’s specimen displayed a page capture of BrandForce.com with the reference to “Brand as a service.”
Interestingly, BrandForce does not own the domain BrandAsAService.com that appears to be available for acquisition via Brandernet.com.
BrandForce is cited as the power-brokerage that sold the domain Connect.com to HubSpot for $10,000,000 dollars last April. The company was co-founded by veteran domain investor Slavik Viner.
