The web site at CrashSafari.com is causing most web browsers to halt, regardless of using Safari or not.
Some claim that visiting CrashSafari.com while using an iPhone can kill your device, but that’s not true.
What happens, however, is that your web browser will get overwhelmed by a fast java code loop that pushes URLs into the history stack.
In geek speak: your web browser hangs, and its history is filled with junk. You’ll have to restart it, dude.
We’ve tested the URL with Firefox and Chrome, and the end result is the same.
So no matter what you do, don’t visit CrashSafari.com.
