The shocking story of Elequa’s removal from officer of Future Media Architects has yet to be processed by domain investors that have known him for years. It’s a personal story with many sensitive sides, and hopefully domain investor Thunayan Alghanim, will soon recover.
The leadership changes in the company he co-founded with his sister, Shareefah Khalid Alghanim, are leading to domain portfolio changes as well.
It seems that FMA is dropping its Kuwaiti domain portfolio, cutting ties with the kingdom’s digital roots. Commercial domain names in Kuwait are licensed from the country’s manager of .com.kw domains, at a cost of about $49 dollars per year.
We are not sure how many .com.kw or .net.kw domains FMA currently holds, but the following domains entered “pending delete” status, and some have been deleted:

As one can see, some of these domains are major keywords under the .com.kw and .net.kw domain roots, and there’s no doubt that other enterprising investors from Kuwait might step in and register them.
