GoDaddy announced changes to its board of directors (BOD) just three weeks before scheduled Q4/2022 & fiscal 2022 earnings.
Srini Tallapragada and Sigal Zarmi are in, moving from Salesforce and Morgan Stanley respectively. The impressive qualifications of these two new board members were lauded by GoDaddy CEO, Aman Bhutani, who noted:
“GoDaddy’s diverse board is a powerful source of both insight and oversight for the company as we pursue the large and growing opportunity in front of us. Srini and Sigal’s experiences as innovative senior business leaders in different industries will enrich the board’s analysis in pursuit of our strategic vision.
I am eager to work together as we continue to drive towards our goals of delivering compelling growth for our shareholders.”
Not surprisingly, neither Mr. Srini Tallapragada or Ms. Sigal Zarmi own their exact match .com domains currently, but this might change quicker than they anticipated; domain squatters might be eagerly flipping them on Afternic before Valentine’s Day.
Meanwhile, GoDaddy’s board of directors also announced that Ryan Roslansky and Lee Wittlinger decided to resign as directors effective January 25, 2023. At least, they seem to have registered their matching .com domains, perhaps during their tenure at GoDaddy.com.
