Domain broker Kate Buckley, founder of Buckley Media, announced the successful sale of the aged domain, Night.com, via her brokerage.
The sale was shared on Twitter yesterday, so we have to assume that it’s a done deal:

Registered in 1994, the domain Night.com was offered for sale by some person other than its original registrant and lawful owner, a year ago; the attempt was stopped by eagle-eyed domain investors at NamePros.
This time around, the sale is legit.
