Earlier this week, the domain name SexGPT.com was reported sold for $24,000 dollars on the Dan.com platform and now we know who is the buyer.
According to the landing page currently active for SexGPT.com, the buyer is MarkUpgrade.
MarkUpgrade was founded in 2018 by “a small group of entrepreneurs” led by Tatiana Bonneau. At least, that’s what the company shares publicly.
The mystery-shrouded domain branding company leverages a portfolio of solid domains and they are priced accordingly. Any UDRP cases are handled with the assistance of expert IP attorneys.
It seems that MarkUpgrade spent $24,000 dollars simply to add the domain SexGPT.com to its stable of premium domain names; we would not be surprised if it sells in the future to an enterprising AI startup for ungodly amounts of money!
