The domain name Qater.com appears to be a typo of Qatar; registered in 2002, it recently changed hands.
Prior to this apparent sale, Telepathy, Inc., held Qater.com; previous captures via Screenshots.com show that the domain was listed for $3,495 dollars as late as in 2018.
Of course, that price might have changed recently, to tens of thousands of dollars. The fact is, that the new owner is pointing the domain to PetsMojo.com, an online seller of pet merchandise.
At the same time, Qater.com is listed at GoDaddy’s Afternic with an asking price of $1,499,999 dollars.
While we can’t confirm that the new registrant who bought the domain Qater.com from Nat Cohen’s company is the same person who listed it for sale at Afternic, one can see how wide a domain’s pricing can vary.
From four figures to seven figures, that’s a high speculative jump. Perhaps they know something we don’t know!
