Summer is the best time to tour Europe on a bike: Minimal rain, warm weather, and lots of beer.
Just like two years ago, a fun group of cycling enthusiasts are taking domains on the road, touring from Cologne, Germany to Mallorca, Spain on a 1,200 km journey. That’s about 745 miles for the metric-impaired.
There’s fun cycling, the wind carrying fresh scents of nature as the Sedo team passes fields and forests. Then there is good food to replenish those painfully lost calories, and also beer. Lots of beer! 🙂
The Sedo team is riding their bikes from Cologne via Luxembourg, Dijon, Lyon, Orange to Toulon; then taking the ferry to Mallorca and all the way back. That’s 200 km biked every day!
Here are some photos from the first half of the journey, sent to us by Christian Voss of Sedo. He’s currently taking a much-deserved break.
