Transactions.com was sold to Mark Cuban Companies

The domain name Transactions.com has changed ownership, moving away from First Place Internet, Inc. and switching off its use of the DigiMedia DNS.

The DigiMedia partner uses their DNS for the provision of ad content and their landing pages provide basic PPC ads.

The DNS change was recorded by DomainTools yesterday, but it appears that the sale might have taken place as early as in August of this year.

Registered way back in 1994, the domain name Transactions.com now forwards to the business web site MarkCubanCompanies.com, operated by Mark Cuban Companies.

There is no report on the specific sale and it might be a domain acquired by Mark Cuban‘s start-up fund on behalf of an owned project.

It’s quite possible that Mark Cuban, a strong believer in cryptocurrencies and the use of blockchain, is planning a new project that leverages crypto transactions.
