If you’re using eNom and you’re having some difficulty logging in currently, there’s a reason for that.
One of the oldest registrars, eNom still retains a good slice of the registrar pie. Its acquisition by Tucows in 2017 seems like a long time ago and even then its UI felt rather clunky and antiquated. Behind the scenes, eNom hasn’t changed since, either. 😮
What’s changing is that eNom now requires you to reset your password every 6 months, to align with its security standards, as the email states.
Long story short: You might be able to reset your password but if you can’t call their support number and a very helpful customer service representative will assist you with that.
