If you’re using eNom and you’re having some difficulty logging in currently, there’s a reason for that.
One of the oldest registrars, eNom still retains a good slice of the registrar pie. Its acquisition by Tucows in 2017 seems like a long time ago and even then its UI felt rather clunky and antiquated. Behind the scenes, eNom hasn’t changed since, either.
What’s changing is that eNom now requires you to reset your password every 6 months, to align with its security standards, as the email states.
Long story short: You might be able to reset your password but if you can’t call their support number and a very helpful customer service representative will assist you with that.
