Despite all the effort to make the web site look like a brand new initiative by Google, it is not; just a cleverly done spoof and protest of the numerous types of privacy violations that Google is known for.
The domain Google-Nest.org was registered in late April and DomainTools clearly shows that the contact emails used don’t belong to Google corporate.
