This is rather corny but the timing is very relevant. Whoever registered the domain name DomainfestLawsuit.com is clearly asking for trouble.
Two reasons: the domain is parked and “domainfest” is a registered trademark.
Judging by the registration date via DomainTools – February 12, 2011 – we’d assume the speculator is attempting to predict a situation arising from the recent “domainer flu” during Domainfest in Santa Monica.
Still, a stupid move in our opinion. Would the Domainfest lawyers make a move to get the domain?
