As we wrote earlier, domainers are jumping on the cloud bandwagon like lemmings.
The situation is getting worse day after day!
Someone please inform those poor souls that random keyword + cloud or cloud + random keyword does not equal a good domain.
A fine example is CloudSperm.com being offered in this DNForum thread.
Someone please shoot me.

@David, that is one long newbie domainer list. Lots of useless names on there but if lucky there are also a couple you might be able to sell. You will end up dropping most of these when renewal comes.
Good Cloud domains are hot right now because cloud technology is going mainstream and I think will be around for a while. So it’s worth having a few good ones.

Everyone is making fun of cloud names but there is money to made in them, I have had some nice sales (mid to high x,xxx) in the last 3 months or so….so there are opportunities out there because this is not a fad and the technology will be used by all companies soon. It going to save companies a lot of money due the decrease in hardware required to run their business.
I agree that a name like CloudSperm.com is not going to make someone a big bundle of cash, but dont dismiss all cloud names like some people are doing. I am getting offers on my names on a weekly basis now.
