Sedo is having some issues today, according to Elliot’s blog and DNN; the temporary resolution seems to be a forwarding to the Sedo.de web site.
A few days ago, we noted that former pirate heaven, Demonoid, was listed for sale on Sedo.
The domains Demonoid.com and Demonoid.me were on the Sedo marketplace for several weeks, after the web sites were closed down.
It appears that the domains are now removed from Sedo, and acquisition services via a broker are not permitted.
This link displays a message that reads as follows:
“Due to possible legal issues associated with this domain, Sedo is not able to offer services for the domain. Please consider selecting an alternative domain.”
It seems that today’s issues are temporary, but the Demonoid sale is gone for good from Sedo.
