Moniker and SnapNames are currently out of reach, after an unspecified issue took their network offline.
The downtime has been experienced since as early as 7:00am Eastern today.
Moniker made this statement earlier this morning:
“Our apologies for the disruption of services currently being experienced by Moniker and SnapNames customers. We are working to correct the issue and will keep you posted as we work on a resolution. Again our sincerest apologies.”
There are plenty of irate reactions of customers to the downtime, on the Facebook page of Moniker / SnapNames.
An updated message states the following:
“UPDATE: We continue to experience a system outage. Our engineers and network consultants are diligently working toward a solution. We will continue to provide updates until the issue is resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience.”
Let’s hope that they will be back in business soon.

This is the week of outages , GD, soon it will be Amazon, microsoft, google, twitter…facebook,,and lastnite was Domain Gang.
