Legendary director, Quentin Tarantino, is known for his passion of westerns, spaghetti westerns in particular. And now, it’s all coming to fruition with the production of the cowboy movie “Django Unchained.”
According to the official web site at DjangoUnchained.net:
“Set in the South two years before the Civil War, Django Unchained stars Academy Award-winner Jamie Foxx as Django, a slave whose brutal history with his former owners lands him face-to-face with German-born bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz (Academy Award-winner Christoph Waltz). Schultz is on the trail of the murderous Brittle brothers, and only Django can lead him to his bounty. The unorthodox Schultz acquires Django with a promise to free him upon the capture of the Brittles – dead or alive.”
All of Tarantino’s movies have a strong cult following, from Reservoir Dogs to Pulp Fiction to Kill Bill.
It is therefore expected that the cowboy movie, Django Unchained will receive a great followship as well, when it’s shown at cinemas worldwide on Christmas Day this year.
With that in mind, Quentin Tarantino would be the perfect buyer for the domain name, Cowboys.com, which is clearly not suited for a hat-buckle-and-boots dating web site with ‘gay’ connotations.
Would part-owner, Rick Schwartz, pitch it at the famous American film director who turns 50 next year?
