Saudi prince Ahmet Sadim Al Damein – the heir to the throne who invested $500,000 in the obviously adult domain 38DD.com – is heading to TRAFFIC, according to sources in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The flamboyant Saudi playboy and his entourage of seven Ferraris, boarded a specially modified Airbus A380 en route to the Miami International Airport.
“His eminence the Prince Ahmet Sadim Al Damein is most excited to attend TRAFFIC and bid on domain names, most definitely,” said Selim Murat Ali of the Royal House of Saudi.
“It is an honor to be invited by Rick Schwartz as a keynote speaker and mentor, and his eminence the Prince will return the favor and reward the attendees of TRAFFIC most handsomely.” added the Royal representative.
That statement can only mean one thing: golden Rolex watches will be gifted to the lucky ones present at the TRAFFIC auction, by the Saudi prince!
Popular in the Middle East for his humanitarian efforts towards maintaining peace in the region and keeping gas prices level, Prince Ahmet Sadim Al Damein appears to be a very mature and active intellectual Saudi, despite the youth of his mere 22 years.
“Listen folks, I believe that by having more Royalty at TRAFFIC will further establish this very domainer conference across the globe. I know I am the Domain King ™ but there’s nothing wrong with having princes around, LOL!” exclaimed Rick Schwartz, visibly excited.
There are several valuable domains being auctioned at TRAFFIC and the Saudi Prince is expected to bid on at least two, Clitoris.com and ForbiddenGirls.com
It’s going to be an exciting auction at TRAFFIC 2012 in Ft. Lauderdale!
He can have all the watermelon women he wants plus the domain.
Where are these domains being listed at this years traffic auction? I don’t see them on the auction list.
BullS – No melons for you.
Sasha – Look harder.
Ok, I found forbiddengirls.com on the list, but what I don’t get is what is the interest in adult domains when Saudi Arabia has publicly objected to gtld strings like .gay, .wine, .sex, .vodka ect…. there are tons of news articles about this. Can someone explain the logic here?
sasha-if you don’t understand the logic of domains, don’t worry, nobody does.
Those who think they know about domains are getting drunk on the beach right now.
Thanks for sharing this news. Now i am in jeddah, saudi arabia and was trying 38DD.com and it’s Blocked by http://www.internet.gov.sa 😀
