On the day that the names of the Boston bombers were announced, DzhokharTsarnaev.com went live, featuring photos of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
Although none of this was captured by either Screenshots.com or Archive.org, the current WHOIS shows that the domain is using Sedo nameservers; however, the domain is not to be found in the Sedo ‘for sale’ database.
The fun part: if you visit DzhokharTsarnaev.com you are currently redirected to ‘localhost’ or 127.0.0.1 – if you are running any web server, you will see your very own web content. 😀
We aren’t sure if this is a glitch; the A records for the domain are pointed to 127.0.0.1 and this can be performed by Sedo ‘nullifying’ the domain’s destination.
The same happens with DzhokharATsarnaev.com – the domain contains the middle initial “A”.
