BlackBerry, makers of that funny phone with real buttons to type onto, have announced a shocking loss of almost $1 billion dollars for the second quarter.
Instead of sticking to making a phone with real buttons, BlackBerry introduced the Z10 that attempted to mimic other smart phones, such as the Apple iPhone.
Sales plummeted and now BlackBerry is laying off 4,500 employees and taking a huge quarterly loss.
