Rick Schwartz might be retired from blogging, but he’s still actively pursuing domain sales, all while seeking to protect his Domain King® trademark.
With that in mind, it appears that Rick’s been cleaning up his domain portfolio from old, unwanted assets.
We recently mentioned the dropping of Take.Vacations, a domain that was promptly scooped up and placed for sale on Flippa.
Another domain we ran into that was once owned by Rick Schwartz, is FlippedProperty.com.
Registered during the heyday of real estate boom, FlippedProperty.com remained with Rick from 2007 until late February of this year.
After the mandatory domain expiration cycle, the domain dropped, and some enterprising domain investor from New York just got it, according to DomainTools.
Real estate isn’t doing too bad recently, but definitely not as well as in the mid 2000’s. And that might explain the reason Rick dropped this domain name.
