Rick Schwartz has been asking domain sellers to post their best names on Twitter, for a maximum set price.
Once posted, Rick’s given first dibs to accept or reject the domains offered.
When the 4 hour window passes, these domains are available to others.
We don’t keep track of which domains Rick acquired through this fun exchange, but there is a side benefit from all this.
Many of these domains on offer are subsequently being sold, at negotiated upon prices.
In other words, just because Rick Schwartz isn’t interested in a particular domain, doesn’t mean that others aren’t. 😉
From what we heard, several domains from those being offered sold at a lesser price, eventually.
We can safely say, that Rick Schwartz’s domain requests on Twitter help invigorate the domain industry! 😀
Been a busy week!
