Domain entrepreneur, Mike Mann.
DomainMarket founder, Mike Mann, lost the UDRP for the domain LakesGas.com – the busy entrepreneur and operator of Phone.com is now filing a federal lawsuit.
Mike Mann’s company filed the lawsuit at the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, to reverse the decision.
According to domain investor, George Kirikos, who identified the filing, the lawsuit is just two days old (July 15th.)
