LET.com, an aged, single word three letter .com domain has been sold for six figures.
Namerific founder, Yancy Naughton, told us that he had to “let” the domain name go.
Frozen references aside, Yancy told us that the sales price was $1**,000 dollars, or $1**k net, after commission and escrow.
The domain was acquired in 2012 for $100k, according to Namebio.
That’s one healthy ROI for a premium LLL .com. The domain broker in both the 2012 sale and the recent one, is Oliver Hoger.
Congratulations to Yancy for this great Holiday season sale! 😀
Edit: Exact price has been edited out per the buyer’s request.
And now, let’s all enjoy “Let it go” from Frozen!
