The ultra memorable domain UM.com has been sold, according to a Tweet by domain investor, James Booth, who brokered the sale:

Registered in 1995, the two-letter domain name UM.com had been in the possession of Japanese domain investor Satoshi Shimoshita a couple of years back; the domain might have changed hands, however, through its prior brokerage by GUTA.com.
Shimoshita also owned CM.com in the past—another LL .com that ended up in a scandalous deletion and re-registration.
It is not clear who might have acquired UM.com, which was transferred away from Dynadot and into Fabulous.com.
Congratulations to James Booth for facilitating this domain exchange.
