Corporations that contain the word “Company” often shorten it to “Co” and in the case of Container Rental Company, their domain as seen below is ContainerRentalCo.com.
Container Rental Company is a leading solid waste disposal service provider serving Central Florida. They pride themselves on delivering quality, personal service at competitive prices. Their customer base ranges from small privately-owned businesses to multinational corporations. Container Rental Company is a family-owned and operated business that fully understands that service is their only product.
A dot .com domain is a great choice, of course, but could it have been better?
Obviously, ContainerRentalCompany.com would match the corporate name exactly, but that domain is taken and used by another company.
Which leaves us with the domain ContainerRental.co that forms a “domain hack” and they domain is currently available, although it was used in the past. It’s doable although we would not recommend using as brands .co domains that aren’t single worders.
Bonus domain sighting: NexTranUSA.com seen on the flap of the truck’s wheels, so that’s two domain sightings in one! 🙂
What’s a “domain sighting,” you may ask.
It’s when we encounter domain names in the real world, that appear on vehicle wraps and signs, billboards and business signs, and product packaging. For convenience, we group them into .com domain sightings, and other ccTLDs, gTLDs and TLDs.
