DomainTools rolls out ‘Mental Query WHOIS Tool’ in closed beta

DomainTools has been quietly launching new tools and products, ever since the newly redesigned portal became available to the general public.

Now it’s time for the next big thing: Mind controlled WHOIS queries.

WHOIS-DOMAINTOOLS

Dozens of engineers, scientists, domainers and a psychic, worked together for 18 months, to construct the first ever mind controlled domain query portal.

“We came across this revolutionary idea after making too many typos to get a WHOIS query right,” said DomainTools VP of Industry Relations, Susan Prosser.

“Typing on a keyboard leads to uncoordinated mis-spellings, and the Mental Query WHOIS Tool (MQWT) will help resolve that,” added Prosser.

The Mental Query WHOIS Tool ™ reads your mind, by connecting your computer’s USB port to two electrodes that stick to your forehead. Although funny-looking, the device works: Nineteen times out of twenty, the special MQWT software reads your mind!

“No more wasting time with tapping a keyboard, if you simply think of a domain to query, you engage the MQWT ™ interface by looking into the spinning circle, and you get an instant response!” exclaimed Susan Prosser.

DomainTools plans to demonstrate the new tool during NamesCon 2015 in Las Vegas; the tool is currently in closed beta.
