The brainchild of domain entrepreneur, Kevin Kopas, this generic brand top level domain is out of the ICANN gates.
After rolling out dot .ICU and its younger brother, dot .Bond, Mr. Kopas is openly excited about having a triad of new gTLDs that are affordable by even the Chagos islands inhabitants:
“Let’s be clear, we’re not here to squash dot .com, although if we set our mind to it, we’d probably do it, no doubt; I expect at least 2 billion domains to be registered by the end of 2021!” said Kevin Kopas, smiling wide.
