Encrypt.com, a premium, aged domain name, has been sold.
Nine years after its 2011 sale at Sedo for $76,000 dollars, Encrypt.com is now in the possession of Brent Oxley.
The serial entrepreneur has been spending top dollar on premium domain names, and Encrypt.com is a domain worth at least eight figures in retail. Data encryption is a huge technology market, with billions of dollars in revenue.
As a savvy domain investor, Brent Oxley probably paid low six figures to acquire it, in our opinion.
Encrypt.com is not yet listed at Brent Oxley’s domain portfolio web site, at Oxley.com.
Interesting, I have had Encryptiony/com for a few years now, cheers
