Estibot recoded valuation tool with “significant” increase for one word domains

Estibot is an automated domain name appraisal tool that estimates a domain’s value based on metrics such as search volume, CPC, backlinks, and past sales data.

The tool is popular with domain investors and end-user buyers alike, as it can help set a domain’s asking price or place an offer based on its Estibot valuation figure.

While these valuations aren’t always accurate, the Estibot tool is constantly being improved with new data and analysis capabilities.

In a new announcement, Estibot says that its domain valuation code has been updated, offering “significant” increase for one word .com and .AI domains:

Appraisal values for single-word, English dictionary-based .COM domains have been significantly increased. Some domains are projected to shift from four- or five-figure valuations to six- or seven-figure valuations, in line with recent sales data and evolving market conditions. […] Valuations for high-quality .AI domains, particularly single-word English dictionary domains and premium two-word combinations, have also seen a considerable boost. Our ongoing analysis of the .AI market including development trends and transactional data indicates that this segment has stabilized, justifying this upward adjustment. 

Looking ahead, Estibot will continue to closely monitor both the .com and .AI markets, making further algorithm adjustments as necessary.

Continued value growth is anticipated for single-word .com domains, with an even greater percentage increase expected for single-word .AI domains, while premium two-word .com domains are likely to follow suit in the coming months.
