Top domain registrar, Fabulous.com, was down for a prolonged period of time on Friday; some users were unable to connect to their domain management accounts for more than 4 hours.

In the end, the Fabulous.com web site and account portal were restored and access appears to be normal, even faster than before.
Fabulous support issued the following announcement regarding the February 7th, 2014 downtime:
The Fabulous.com website was down for a number of hours earlier today for maintenance.
We are back up and running again. Note that during the downtime, only the Fabulous.com homepage was affected, parking pages and revenue still operated normally.
