An apparent gaffe by ICANN’s official twitter account, invited participants of ICANN51 to Marrakech, in Morocco.
The mistake was most likely caused by the current use of #ICANN51 as the primary hashtag for the upcoming ICANN51 conference, in Los Angeles, California.
Marrakech will be the city hosting ICANN52, not 51.
In fact, the link provided takes one to the Fellowship Application Round for ICANN52. 😀
ICANN corrected the error later, but the tweet is still live.
