Want to make a cool $1,000,000 dollars? Get Putin, “dead or alive.”
Russian entrepreneur Alex Konanykhin shared these words in a post he published on social media this week, as Russia continued its relentless attack of Ukraine.
According to the Jerusalem Post, the LinkedIn post was accompanied by an image of Putin and the words “Wanted: Dead or alive. Vladimir Putin for mass murder.”
Meanwhile, the domain KillPutin.com has a lower price. Domain aftermarket platform, HugeDomains, seeks “only” $3,295 dollars in return. The domain was registered in 2016.
HugeDomains has priced several other .com domains that end with “Putin” between $2,000 and $6,000 dollars.
The domain is probably in violation of Ts&Cs at most major registrars
Kevin – Not really.
It must have been freaky for people called Bill when the Kill Bill movie was marketed. But there’s millions of Williams.
People called Richard on the other err hand have probably got used to their predicament.
Putin’s more specific. I’d have thought things like “threatening” or “abusive” language or behaviour would be potential problem should someone have felt like exercising it. But then again, so would novichok.
In my opinion the phrasing should be not “as Russia continued its relentless attack of Ukraine” but “as Russia continued its relentless attack ON Ukraine”. please correct text if I am correct. thank you!(English is my second language though. I am from Ukraine. you can remove my comment if you will)
