No peer, as Francois gets cable disconnected

Someone pulled the plug at Peer1.

Domaining.com was down for several hours today, as the popular domain news aggregator faced technical problems with their service provider.

The culprit this time was not database woes, but rather, a single cut cable at Peer1.

According to Francois, it took Peer1 six hours to fix a broken cable; Francois employed legendary French patience and humor, by using the same ‘electrocuted’ image as before to inform the Domaining.com visitors that something was indeed very wrong.

Good job, Francois ๐Ÿ˜€

Long -long time ago, in the state of Sooner, I was working in the data center(mainframe) and a pack of armadillo chewed the damn cables and knocked the power off outside the building,

Gosh, even they looked like Bar B Q chicken but they sure don’t taste like one.
