Keeping track of non-com domains “in the wild” can be an entertaining and educational pastime; many such web sites are submitted by DomainGang visitors and readers.
The latest one we received, is from domain investor and culinary wizard, Maxwell Arnold, who travels a lot between Canada, the US and Europe, both for business and pleasure.
Maxwell noted a dot .AWS domain at the San Jose airport, and Amazon, owners of the Amazon Web Services gTLD, could not be more proud. 😀
In fact, .AWS provides Amazon with enough cash to sustain its marketplace, that receives strong competition from retailers such as Wal-Mart.
Visit BuildOn.AWS to find out what is Amazon offering, and more about Maxwell at Maxwell.me.

Nice! Good to see Amazon pushing some mainstream branding visibility on nTLDs.
Eric – Can’t wait for .WALMART ! 😀
