The premium domain name, Bike.com, has been secured for an exclusive contract with Outcome Brokerage, led by domain uber broker Ryan Colby.
Bike.com is priced at $625,000 dollars, a price commensurate with the average price of all-carbon bikes.
The true generic domain should attract the attention of bike manufacturers; the dot .bike gTLD which launched in February from Donuts, Inc. most likely motivated the owners of Bike.com to sell it at this point.
Bike.com was registered in 1997, according to DomainTools.
