Prince William and Kate Middleton might now be husband and wife, having participated in the ceremony at Westminster Abbey, but a much bigger wedding is now rocking the domain world.
Often cited for their online commitment to eachother, their love and appreciation of developing, parking and flipping domain names, Willie ‘Chops’ Royale and Kathryn ‘Sweet’ Frantz are tying the knot this weekend.
“We thought it’d be kinda fun and stuff to get married the same weekend them real royals done did it”, says Willie – an activist for “Peace for South”.
“My sweet baby Kathryn loves ‘um royals so much and I can’t tell her no, so we got our best fun outfits and prepare for a Saturday celebration party.”
The two lovebirds met at a local gathering of domainers, sponsored by the “Appreciate the South” society – a subsidiary of domain parking company, Parked.com
“I love my Willie, God bless ‘im”, says Kathryn with a surprisingly full front teeth smile. “He be done at work and come home to do some active domain trading and we’ll be celebrating some sales on eBay as well. Domains are fun now, ain’t it?”, she adds.
The Saturday afternoon wedding will be attended by more than 400 friends, relatives and gate-crashing hobos, due to its free beer and hot wings party that will follow.
A five layer carrot cake has been ordered from Wal-Mart, with the inscription “Domain-Her” on it.
An increasing number of domain investors now reside in the deep South, where the economy was hit after hurricane Katrina and the BP disaster; a positive side-effect.
Rick Schwartz should really consider tapping into this growing economy and move part of the TRAFFIC show to the region.

Free hot wings? Well I know Tia will be there, that’s for sure!
hey John – Tia loves spicy chicken but she’s also a great cook. Unlike, say, Chef Patrick who can only pour honey over pancakes.
