I bet most of the sellers are on another planet with their asking prices..
@Mike
If you mean that prices will be high then they should be.
@Konstantinos
Way too many dreamers in this industry.. Most will not sell
Mike – So what is your fair market value for these domains, a couple of grand max? Usually those that talk down domain values don’t have the $$$ in the fist place 😉
@DomainGang
Most end-users with deep pockets wouldn’t pay the asking price for most of these domains.. Just wait and see.
Mike – You come across as a person overcome by negativity towards the assets of others. And your statement is rather nonsensical; quality domains always sell at prices consistent with their quality. Doom & gloom belongs to those that made silly investments and can’t stand seeing others succeed.
@DomainGang
What are you talking about ? I don’t have any problem with others succeeding. All I’m saying is, I bet the asking prices for most of these domains are way over market value. IMO, most sellers are dreamers. If some hit the jackpot, great! I wouldn’t have a problem.. I just believe, most would need to come back to earth if they want a sale.
@Mike
I don’t need to wait and see.
I see everyday: dnjournal.com
I am afraid they will never make money with Malibu.com unless they buy Malibu.email from the current owner
A friend of mine owns it and he can develop it just like a geo domain plus offer emails for Malibu residents
