It’s been a busy October for Telepathy, Inc., the mega-portfolio holders founded by domain investor, Nat Cohen.
The latest sale involves the domain name SecureBids.com, which was registered in 1999. It has been in the possession of Telepathy.com since at least 2007; sixteen years later, the domain has changed hands.
Although its WHOIS information is under privacy, the domain SecureBids.com was moved away from Dynadot and it’s using Cloudflare DNS.
Who could be the potential buyer of SecureBids.com?
Our strong bid goes on ColbiTech, aka Colbi, and its SecureBids product that offers vendor management and controlled, secure auction bids. They advertise SecureBids with a SM sign, indicating established rights to the service mark.
How can we be so sure that SecureBids.com was acquired by Colbi?
Very simple: Both SecureBids.com and ColbiTech.com are registered at GoDaddy, with the exact Cloudflare DNS pair, Dolly & Finley. As another domain acquisition research proved, the Cloudflare DNS can be used to identify an otherwise hidden registrant.
It seems that this is yet another sizable sale by Telepathy.com! 🙂
