Sedo: Two letter .com domain EZ.com hits the chopping block

ez-com

EZ.com up for sale via Sedo.

If you haven’t been following the two letter .com market, here’s a quick summary for you: It’s damn hot.

Chinese domain investors and Chinese companies are grabbing every LL .com available, and a large percentage of two letter domains belong to registrants in China.

On a single day this week, three LL .com domains were reported as sold: NR.com, VS.com and PT.com.

Now, another great .com pair of letters is up for sale via Sedo, EZ.com. The domain was registered in 1994.

Brokered by Sedo, the starting price is $425,000 dollars – well below the going average for two letter .com domains.

EZ.com will sell for how much via Sedo?

NR, PT and VS (.com) names are way much better then EZ. We all know why. Good luck anyway.

btw, JC.com is pending sale – I assume another great LL.com will end in hands of Chinese investor.

Mike – EZ is very easy to pronounce. So easy: Eee Zee. 😀 Thanks for the tip on JC.com.

@DomainGang – EZ is very easy to pronounce for American English speaking people (it’s Eee Zed in British English), but money is somewhere else and there EZ has no use. Let’s hope some Western investor or end-user will pick this gem.

  5. DomainGang says:

Mike – The use of “zed” is a Britishism, and “zee” is definitely not constrained to the US, even in Europe.

But even going by the Chinese love for “Z” I see no reason why this would be a lesser domain than the ones listed.
