Indian domain investor Swetha Yenugula has been an expert negotiator when it comes down to .XYZ sales.
Her most recent sale involves the domain Intelligence.xyz, another top keyword in an AI-driven market; a solid $150,000 dollars sale was achieved on Afternic’s marketplace.
It wasn’t a quick BIN sale, however. The initial asking price carried a numerology favorite $345,678 dollars. See a pattern there?
The buyer reached out with an offer of $100,000 dollars which the broker relayed. Swetha’s initial counter-offer was a solid, round $300,000 dollars.
But then something happened: Swetha noticed that the matching .io domain was listed at the time with “only” a $90k BIN price!
Who needs competition such as this? A deal might fall through. Swetha lowered her asking to $150,000 dollars, which the buyer accepted.
