You can’t forward your customer service dept to another country like India during holidays, Frank?
Having a backup plan is better than not having one at all.
And you wonder why GoDaddy is beating you by a wide margin. Domaining is 24/7/365. You can’t automate everything.
CustomerService.com is for sale Frank, maybe you should buy it and forward Uniregistry phone calls and emails to another registrar or registry during holidays.
I don’t think GoDaddy would mind receiving your customer service inquiries during holidays.
Luckily, I do not have any business with Uniregistry, so it’s business as usual this holiday weekend for me.
