The $2,000,000 dollar price tag is well-justified, especially at the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. Online courses, classes, and educational seminars can all be under the same umbrella, University.com.
The domain is being brokered by domain broker Ryan Colby and since it has a Uniregistry lander the inquiries would go to him presumably. Just get your rather fat checkbook ready!
University.com was reportedly sold for $530,000 dollars in a private transaction in 1999, according to Namebio, but we’d take that number with a grain of salt, as in the case of Wines.com.

As a domainer, I don’t think this would be what searchers would be typing in to find professional training and seminars. The buyer, who is a very well-known entrepreneur and strategic thinker, probably has a different market in mind. IMO
