The domain name Vesto.com has been acquired by domain brokerage powerhouse, Lumis, on behalf of their client.
Vesto.com is a domain registered in 2002 that appears to have been in the possession of domain investor, Michele Dinoia. The new registrant is a securities-based lending product provider with lines of credit underwritten through BNY Mellon’s LoanAdvance platform.
According to Vesto.com, Vesto Advisors, LLC (“Vesto”) is an SEC registered investment adviser.
Lumis noted that the domain Vesto.com was acquired on behalf of their client for a “fair market price” which indicates that the sale was discounted or at a price that Lumis negotiated for their customer.
With this acquisition, Vesto performed a domain rebranding from their existing GetVesto.com.
Founded by brothers Hobi Michalec and Slade Michalec, Lumis has been quietly yet expertly handling domain acquisitions on behalf of start-ups and active companies that desire to rebrand their domains.
