Domain sightings are random encounters with domain names “in the wild,” and by that we mean, the real 3D world we supposedly live in.
Such domain encounters appear on billboards, car signs and wraps, business signs, and product packaging. To keep track of such domain sightings, we group them in dot .com domains, and every other ccTLD, gTLD, and TLD.
This time around we have a rare, yet brilliant, occurrence of two domain names in one shot! 😀
Photographed by a faithful reader, this photo captures a billboard with ZeroDown.com on the left, and Mayesh.com on the truck’s back.
ZeroDown.com is owned by a real estate startup that raised $100 million dollars in 2019. The domain was sold by domain investor Adam Strong, for $31,000 dollars. The buyer clearly had to put more than zero down to get the domain!
Mayesh is a wholesale florist founded in 1978. The domain Mayesh.com was registered in 1997.
