Sure, we all love our service providers but how often do we really return feedback when they email us to take a survey?
GEICO just did and the email had a single link that read:
We have two quick questions for you. Your opinion is very important to us and responding to this survey will take less than a minute.
Upon clicking the link, the survey provided a button to begin. So we pressed the button.
The first question was:
How likely is it that you would recommend GEICO to a friend or family member?
…and asked for a rating from 1 to 10.
Upon rating, the second question was a form field for feedback:
GEICO values your business. Please let us know if there is anything we can improve to serve you better:
Great selection of questions, truly a 2-question survey. We need more of these in the marketing and domain business!
