Get this: McAfee, one of the largest manufacturers of antivirus software, just named TelNIC’s .tel extension the least risky domain to visit in the world.
CNet reports that McAfee claims that 0% of all sites using the TelNIC’s extension pose a security risk.
The firm said that since .tel is not a typo for anything and cannot be parked or developed, cybercrooks cannot use that domain to set up typo-squatted sites to infect your computer with malware.

So it was a good thing to invest my monies in .tel, no? The price can only go up since there’s no security risks! I’ll put the Rich in Richard, just wait.
Well they are useful for something after all…
