Mozilla releases Firefox 6.0 with little fanfare

Firefox has reached its sixth incarnation; the Firefox 6.0 release is a reality.

One of the main upgrades is merely a cosmetic one: the URL in the address bar is highlighted in order to prevent domain spoofing. So now you don’t have to be an eagle-eyed person with 20/20 vision to realize you are indeed on Domaining.com

Other improvements include – allegedly – speed increase, fixing of several stability and security glitches and Firefox 6.0 boasts reduced start-up time.

  1. BullS says:

Why do you like firefox? Are you paid by them?

    I prefer Netscape 2.0

  2. Lucius "Guns" Fabrice says:

BullS – You must own a 386 SX with Windows 3.11 – am I correct?

  3. BullS says:

I own an Apple 2 E (Made in USA) with super duper high speed dial up.

My Mac collection from 512K, SE30 (all Made in USA) is worth 100KUSD

  4. Lucius "Guns" Fabrice says:

Then use Firefox 6.0 to ensure it’s worth at least 101K USD!

  5. BullS says:

I like Netscape because I can block out dot co and XXX.

I can even register domains in the 90s and best of all

I love those floppy disks and use them as ninja stars.
