Jitendra Vaswani: Thanks a lot for this interview. I am really glad to be on your blog. I am Jitendra Vaswani professional blogger running BloggersIdeas.com.
I have engineering degree in computer science but I wasted 4 precious years of my life doing engineering.Because engineering gave me nothing and I was a totally depressed man at the time. No friends or no girlfriends. Just a boring life!
But I was highly active in freelancing; with one of my friends we used to take SEO projects through freelancer.com.
This gave me good knowledge about digital marketing, and after completing engineering I did my first job in SEO. After doing that job for two and a half years, I quit and started doing full time blogging.
Blogging is a manifestation of freedom to me. I love the Internet 24/7 and this is my interest for now.
DomainGang: What steered you towards blogging and is there a particular niche you’re covering?
Jitendra Vaswani: Yes blogging has always been like a drug for me. I started blogging when I was doing my full time job, and after coming home from work I used to blog for 5 hours at least.
I was having sleepless nights, friends used to call me crazy as I was taking stress and living life on the Internet all the time. But I knew that if I struggled temporarily, my future would be bright. I don’t have do a fucking 9 to 5 job anymore.
Blogging has changed my life totally, I can live my dreams now and can fulfill my desires of traveling the world easily.
On my blog I covered topics like blogging, how to make money online, product reviews, affiliate marketing, WordPress and do lot of digital experts interviews. Whenever someone starts a blog the niche is very important. So pick a niche first and then start blogging.
DomainGang: Internet in India: What is it primarily used for?
Jitendra Vaswani: In India internet is booming and it giving life to many guys like me who are living their internet lifestyle.
From education, banking, shopping, to the notorious hacks and scams; Internet has become ubiquitous. It has moved from the bulky desktops in cyber cafés and arrived into the palms of people; the future looks even more sweeping with balloon Internet, complete with flying cars.
Internet awareness is increasing and nowadays people are connected to their smartphones via the Internet only. It has changed many people’s lives and it is continuing to give meaning to them.
DomainGang: As an entrepreneur, what are you primary goals related to your business?
Jitendra Vaswani: My primary goals for my business keep trying new ideas and never depend on single source of income.
Try to find multiple resources of income online. As a blogger I do provider services like digital marketing, product reviews, consultation, personal branding, events marketing and management, speaking, advertising and many other resources. Passive income is key here for my business. So I keep finding new resources for my business and keep implementing them.
DomainGang: Industry gatherings, conferences and meetings: Which ones do you attend regularly and why?
Jitendra Vaswani: I do attend conferences related to my business. I have attended Domainfest in Macau, World Hosting Day, India Affiliate Summit and many other meetups.
These conferences are always good for networking. I go there and try to connect with influential personalities who are present there.
I do a lot of interviews during these conferences, you can check my blog interviews. So attending targeted conferences for your business is always beneficial and it can increase your business 10X times. This is my personal experience with networking.
DomainGang: Domain investments: Are you focusing on any genre or TLD, and what do you think about gTLDs and the future?
Jitendra Vaswani: I have started investing in domains a little bit; as I’m a newbie in the domain industry, I learn a lot from my friend Aishwin Vikhona who introduced me to the domain industry.
As most good .com domains are already taken, the new gTLDs are the future for the domain industry. Every domainer now should focus on investing in new gTLDs.
DomainGang: Many thanks Jitendra for this interview. Wishing you lots of success in your ventures, and everything you do in life.
My tip. He should pay the $1029.

Spencer – Why? Have you seen his traffic?
I have seen his traffic on SEM Rush. That however was not the basis for my suggestion. His brand is confusing in my opinion as the plural does not roll of the tongue as he is using the plural. Anything worth doing is worth doing right. His marketing message is muddled as it stands now and anyone he tells his domain too or if in the future he does radio ads [theoretic but you never know] will most likely mistakenly go to the singular. He is lucky the name is available or I would suggest he leave the name. Maybe he can get for less? Start out with a $250 offer? Point being,……………………..build your enterprise on as strong a foundation as possible. What if what he is doing is super successful? Maybe I will buy the singular and have an option on leaked traffic and efforts of Jitendra Vaswani. :)))))))
Spencer – You’re thinking as a domainer. He can be found at Jitendra.co and the .com is parked, so is that another reason to buy it?
The radio test argument is dead, welcome to the world of app-sharing and gTLDs.
Of course I am thinking like a domainer. You say that like a put down. Lol.
But even NOT thinking like a domainer…but as a marketeer my tip still stands.
I dont understanding how marketing confusion can ever be a good thing and if this guy is doing as well as being claimed [not doubting] than whats $1000 to protect your brand?
Lastly, radio test is test. Huh,..ok if you say so. Apps and gtlds have overtaken common sense I guess.
Sigh.
I am done.
Spencer – “Thinking like a domainer” is a reference to attempting to devalue a project’s successful existence, on the basis that it somehow doesn’t conform to certain loosely-defined specifications.
Then why are registrations in .co, .io, dot .whatever, ccTLDs, extended/two word .com or suffix domains in existence? Even if you wanted to exclude all the gTLDs, you are left with 125 million .com domains that most definitely don’t all belong in the Oxford dictionary.
My point is, a brand can be anything. Even if it doesn’t “flow” well for the supposed radio test, which will never ever occur over an NFC phone handshake, or a QR code, or even a lowly bookmark via an app.
In a perfect world, everyone owns their exact match .com. The fact is, you don’t necessarily need one to deliver your content.
Hey Spencer I like your suggestion I will surely think about buying a domain. Many guys have told me about this buying bloggerideas.com.
I will surely look into it. But I have worked very hard on building a brand like this blog. This blog is my baby and I love him so much.
Hi Jitendra, nice to know about you and all that you have said in your interview. I burst out with laughter when I read you saying “I don’t have do a fucking 9 to 5 job anymore” – I totally agree. Just yesterday, I had a brief wattsap conversation with my bro-in-law (a s/w engr with a reputed company) who is allowed to use his mobile phones only during his lunch hours. So we were chatting after almost a month. And he was sadly mentioning this – that he is packed with full of work and does not get time to do any other thing than his office work. And on week-ends, he is too tired to lift a leg. Pity those who are milked in a 9 to 5 job.
I am also into domaining since a few months now and I am already enjoying it. I have WeTalkWise.com – Are you interested to get this domain for your blogs? Rgds. – Sandeep
