Here at DomainGang we check our email often. How often, depends on who emails us.
On occasion we get email inquiries from fans, other times from anonymous trolls; we definitely appreciate emails from satisfied sponsors and potential advertisers. 😉
Sometimes we receive spam, but for the most part, life is good when we receive email 😀
On a Friday, we check email once every 5 minutes, and it’s done automatically.

My 100+ legal team checks my emails
I don’t think I’ve ‘checked’ my email in the traditional sense of logging in to see if I have any messages since smartphones. My phone tells me when I have an email and I tap my phone to read it when I feel like it, which is quite often.
