Sedo – the German corporation with offices in London and Boston – will be raising its corporate flag at half staff for the entire weekend, after the 2-1 loss of Germany to Italy for Euro 2012.
“We are proud and sorry our national team failed, very disappointed by performance,” said Sedo managing director, Tobias Flaitz.
“Italy scored one goal more than Germany, that is beauty of football. Mario Balotelli is good player. Sedo respect result and mourn loss.”
Earlier in the Euro 2012 championship, Sedo threw a lavish party when Germany defeated Portugal, that reportedly cost $1.5 million dollars; the equivalent of 2 hours of Sedo revenue.
